What's up Bert? It's me, that drifter with the pit bull. Remember? You walked across to the church to give us some fried chicken that night. Anyways, just thought I'd catch up with you. The path I'm
on is growing more exciting and vivid every day, and my life has taken a turn for the better. You were right, you know, when you said that magick without the gods is missing the point; I've found the
gods through magick, like all rivers flowing from the same vessel. My definition of god may differ from yours even still, but their power remains the same. The power of our own minds to cast a
meta-veil of fantastic reality over the drab illusion of causality. Quantum indeterminacy reveals the true and chaotic nature of the universe; existence lies in the cusp of an extraordinary
probability, of which is so refined within the midi- realm of our scope, itself an impossible coalescence of infinite space and an instant of time, that it appears causal. The illusion is no longer
the model within, but the model without. A spectacle of billboards, infomercials, fast food, sex, violence. Consume, procreate, sign your life away with ink of your own blood. They worship to feed
the purpose, they build the buildings to build the machines to build the parts to build the buildings ad nauseam. The freedom was there all along, just waiting to be unlocked and explored. Thank you
for being an integral stepping stone in my ongoing path to true realization.

I enjoy knowing that there are those following the old ways right here in Arkansas. I was raised in a Christian home but have been finding myself pulled toward Wicca for many years now. Perhaps I
will set up an appointment with you for a Tarrot reading to see if I am indeed on the right path. Thank you for a great web site.

    Good night,

I just want to say that I am very sorry for the way that you and your family have been treated. I believe that everyone has a right to worship any religion they want. I too reside in Beebe, but I do
not agree with the way everything is being handled. I would like to say that I respect you for not backing down and running away, like the Mayor hopes for you to do. I would like to say that I was
excited to learn that this town was gaining diversity in religion, and was torn when I read your story about how you are being persecuted for your beliefs. All I can do is welcome your church with
open arms and to let you know, that you have a neighbor that will welcome you. May you have a wonderful weekend, and stand your ground.

hi, enjoyed your site, i am very new to this, was wondering if anyone was welcome to spend the whole day at Little Rock on sept. 13

  • Elizabeth Thomas (Tuesday, July 29 14 10:32 pm EDT)

I read the New York piece on your plight. I admire yoU and your family for standing up for what you believe. It is a difficult thing to do in this state without being ridiculed. I would love to drive
up to Beebe and check your place out.
    Peace be with you, elizabeth

Good post. I learn something totally new and challenging on blogs I stumbleupon everyday.
It's always helpful to read articles from other writers and practice something from other web sites.

  • David Martin (Wednesday, June 25 14 09:43 am EDT)

I think it's a shame that in a country founded on the principles of Religious Freedom that folks like you have to suffer through the laughable circus that the government of Beebe has put you through.
Never forget that there are a great many of us all across this nation from many backgrounds that stand with you in your just and noble cause.

You want to operate a church. I don’t understand anyone’s problem with that. The whole situation shouldn’t be that big of a deal. <sigh>

You folks get a BIG ‘good-for-you’! from me.

Pagans all across our Nation will be praying for your group. With all of that power, and all of us on your side I’m confident that Justice will eventually be served.

Bright Blessings and Praises to Our Goddess,
    David Martin

Dear Bert. I hard you story on pagan musings podcast. Your story really hit me in the heart.

I must say, coming from a baptist background then a pentecostal background, that I can see the view point of the christians.

From my desire to broaden my horizons and learn more about spirituality, I can see your view point.

It is a crying shame that freedom in our country is a lot of times lip service, and we have to be in the right click to enjoy this freedom.

Brother, you stirred a deep love when I heard what you had to say. It reminded me of my old church that told us that the other church down the road was the devil and leading people to hell because
they didn't believe in the"trinity" godhead.

I live in texas, if I lived closer, I would be there for you.

However, I'm sure a couple of heart felt letters to them from me would add just a few more drops to the bucket.

I know that this next subject has little to do with your case, but I remember very well the persecution that our government inflicted on the compound in waco texas. I hope that we never experience
    this type of insanity again.

    Sincerely

    D

Just read about your town not allowing you to open a Temple on HuffPost. Sending you love and energy for justice in this matter!!

  • Sonja Coryat (Friday, June 20 14 10:27 am EDT)

I am horrified by the way you have been treated in Beebe. So bad. I hope you have enlisted the aid of the ACLU and that they will be helping. Sonja (Beebe resident)

  • Lesly Royer (Thursday, June 19 14 03:58 pm EDT)

Blessing to you and your family. I just saw information regarding your zoning troubles on the national news. Your Pagan sisters in Indiana stand with you. Thank you for allowing us to order from your
shop to help support your journey! Blessed Be, Lesly

  • Natalie Hannibal (Thursday, June 19 14 10:01 am EDT)

Dear. Mr. Dahl, I read the article today via Bing about the persecution you are receiving born out of fear and prejudice. I feel sorry for those individuals who are treating you so unreasonably. I
wrote the Mayor of Beebe a note encouraging him to be more mature and tolerant. I wish only the best for your family. Take care and the best to you in your endeavor to open a place of worship in a
land where freedom should be the norm.
    With Great Respect,
    Miss Natalie Hannibal

I just read about the problems with your temple and wanted to say how disgusted I am, and truly hope it all works out for you. By the way, I LOVE the Halloween pics on your website. Looks just like

  • Kristy (Thursday, May 09 13 04:27 pm EDT)

I'm so excited that I found this place, it's only 23 min away from my home. I admire what you do, and would love to check out the place on my way to Romance sometime. I just have a couple of
questions. One, is your shop physical, or simply online? Are you always open to the public by appointment, or do you only open your shop on the Mondays during/before/after service and/or ritual.
Also, and I'm sorry to bombard you with questions like this, but what do your services/ritual consist of?
